Research On The Risk Of Automobile Supply Chain

Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of the automobile industry has greatly stimulated the growth of our economy.Although the development of the automobile industry is not very good in the past two years,it is still an important pillar industry in our country.In the environment of COVID-19 in 2020,the automobile industry was not as low spirited as forecast,but it also tested the stability of the supply chain of passenger cars.It takes more than 10000 parts to produce a car,and these parts may come from thousands of suppliers from different countries and regions.As long as one part can’t arrive on time,even if it’s just a screw,it will lead to the production stop of the whole car and the car can’t go offline.In addition,the automobile manufacturing industry itself has the characteristics of complexity,and is faced with all kinds of risks at any time risk,there are accidents and uncertainties,any node in the supply chain problems,may make the whole supply chain in a crisis state.It makes the risk emerge in endlessly in the operation of automobile supply chain.Through the collation and analysis of previous studies on automobile supply chain risk,combined with the background of COVID-19,we thoroughly explored the risks that may occur in the operation of passenger car supply chain,and used questionnaires to survey the nodes in the supply chain of multiple passenger vehicles.Finally,I summed up logistics risk,capital risk,information risk,technology risk,cooperation risk,and society and nature.The risk is divided into 17 secondary risk indicators.Combined with the characteristics of supply chain,the paper chooses to use fuzzy synthesis method to create risk assessment system,and selects enterprises to carry on empirical research on the risk assessment system,and draws corresponding conclusions,aiming at giving appropriate risk prevention measures from the internal and external aspects of the passenger car supply chain,reducing the probability and destruction of the risk occurrence of the supply chain.The risk assessment model of automobile supply chain given in this study is also applicable to other automobile enterprises,which can help the automobile manufacturers to avoid risks in time and reasonably,and promote the development of automobile industry in a good and orderly manner.
