Evaluation Study On The Stability Of Equipment Manufacturing Supply Chain In WCDL Enterprises

As the pillar industry of China,manufacturing industry plays an important role in economic development,and equipment manufacturing is an important part of manufacturing industry,which is one of the key points of national development strategy.In recent years,the global epidemic of New Crown Pneumonia has led to disruptions in the supply chain of many manufacturing companies,which has had a significant impact on manufacturing companies.As a result,WCDL’s operating income for the first half of 2022 fell 35.9% year-over-year and net profit attributable to the mother company fell 63.34% year-over-year.Coupled with the impact of rising global raw material and energy prices,supply chain tensions and geopolitical conflicts,this has caused fluctuations in the stable operation of the supply chain.Therefore,how to realize the stable development of supply chain becomes the key content of enterprise management in the future.Therefore,the establishment of a suitable supply chain stability index system and the scientific and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the stability of the supply chain is an urgent problem for enterprises to solve in order to achieve a healthy and stable development of the supply chain.This paper takes the equipment manufacturing supply chain of WCDL company as the research object,firstly,analyzes the operation of supply chain stability and finds out the problems of current supply chain stability;secondly,based on relevant literature research,supply chain management theory,information asymmetry and other related theories,combined with the actual situation of equipment manufacturing supply research of WCDL company,a set of indicators is designed to meet the stability of equipment manufacturing supply chain of WCDL company.The index system includes 29 indicators from five perspectives: individual enterprise strength,trust degree,information sharing,benefit distribution,and external environment;finally,improved hierarchical analysis and principal component analysis are applied to determine the weights of subjective and objective indicators,and IAHP-PCA-cloud model evaluation model is constructed to evaluate and analyze the stability of WCDL’s equipment manufacturing supply chain.The research results show that the stability of equipment manufacturing supply chain of WCDL company is at a high level,among which the most influential ones are trust degree,information sharing and benefit distribution.According to the evaluation results,the weak points of the equipment manufacturing supply chain of WCDL company are identified,and five strategies are proposed to enhance the supply chain stability in terms of strengthening the selection criteria of supply chain partners,improving the construction of information sharing platform,improving the coordination mechanism of benefits,strengthening the trust between enterprises and emergency management.Through the research of this paper,it is hoped that it can provide directions for the supply chain governance of WCDL and its upstream and downstream enterprises,help enterprises find their own stability evaluation methods and improvement paths,and also provide some reference significance for the stability evaluation and stability improvement of the same industry.
