Research On Manufacturing Resource Sharing Mode Of New Energy Vehicle Supply Chain In Cloud Environment

With the change of the national subsidy policy for new energy vehicles,the new energy vehicle market is shrinking,leading to the problem of unbalanced and low matching of production capacity resources of many new energy vehicle manufacturing enterprises.In order to improve the utilization rate of new energy vehicle manufacturing resources,reduce production costs,improve production efficiency and improve product quality.A new energy vehicle supply chain manufacturing resource sharing mode is proposed,which can centrally regulate the manufacturing resources in different regions to achieve high-quality and collaborative production.This paper mainly studies the evolutionary game of manufacturing resource sharing in the cloud environment,the influence trend of different profit and loss parameters on the willingness of enterprises to share resources,and the strategies driving the two parties to share resources.The main research results of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper explains the operation process of the new energy vehicle supply chain and establishes the cloud pool of new energy vehicle manufacturing resource sharing mode.(2)According to the manufacturing resource sharing relationship,the game model of manufacturing resource sharing was established,and the stable strategy of manufacturing resource sharing was found by using the dynamic idea of gene replication.The stability of the game strategy depends on the position of the saddle point.(3)In this paper,the system dynamics simulation software is used to analyze the specific trends of different factors influencing the sharing behavior choices of new energy vehicle manufacturers and suppliers.(4)Through simulation results,a strategy system for promoting manufacturing sharing between suppliers and new energy vehicle manufacturers on the cloud platform is proposed,including strategy-driven strategy,cost-driven strategy,resource-driven strategy and trust-driven strategy.This paper provides a theoretical study for the resource-sharing mode of new energy vehicle supply chain manufacturing.It also provides a new idea for the development and manufacturing of new energy vehicles,and is conducive to the promotion of cloud platform in the industry.
