Impacted by China-Us trade frictions and the COVID-19 pandemic, combined with a new round of scientific and technological revolution and profound changes in industrial and supply chains, the global industrial and supply chains are diversifying and becoming more regional.Chinese enterprises’overseas investment and construction of factories or expansion of production capacity of overseas factories are showing signs of coming from the point to the point, which affects the security of China’s supply chain. In this context, how to balance economy and security becomes an urgent problem to be solved.By selecting the strategic industry--equipment manufacturing industry as the research object, this paper analyzes the risks that equipment manufacturing enterprises need to pay attention to in order to better deal with such risks. In view of the complexity of supply chain migration of equipment manufacturing enterprises and the coexistence of randomness and fuzziness of index concepts in risk assessment, this paper introduces cloud model into security risk assessment. From the perspective of supply chain security, this paper identifies potential risks of enterprise supply chain outbound by literature research method and expert opinions, and then constructs an evaluation index system of enterprise supply chain outbound risk in equipment manufacturing industry by Vague expanded set screening. Then AHP and entropy weight method are combined to determine the index weight. The cloud generator is used to transform the evaluation index, and the natural transformation of uncertainty measurement is realized by using the three digital characteristics of expectation(),entropy(9))and hyperentropy(0)),which are unique to the cloud model. Finally, taking K Marine Equipment Company as an example, the overall risk assessment is carried out.Based on the analysis of the evaluation results, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to deal with the risk of supply chain migration of equipment manufacturing enterprises. |
