Study On The Construction And Stability Of Eco-industrial Chain Of Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Hebei Province

As a large manufacturing country,China has been plagued by environmental problems for a long time.At present,China has taken this kind of problems seriously,and optimized the economic structure,having changed from high-speed growth to highquality growth.In recent years,Hebei's equipment manufacturing industry has surpassed steel industry and becomes the largest industry,and the contradiction between its development and environment is becoming more and more prominent.Therefore,constructing eco-industrial chain becomes the inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development of Hebei equipment manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper expounds the theory of equipment manufacturing circular economy,the relevant theories of and the concept of equipment manufacturing ecoindustrial chain.Secondly,in enterprise,industry and region,the eco-industry chain of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province is constructed.At the enterprise level,it constructs enterprise eco-industrial chain from the design,production,use,recycling and re-manufacturing,which takes the product life cycle as the main line of construction;At the industrial level,establishing key industry,leading industrial chain,supplementary chain industry.According to public facilities and services,equipment manufacturing eco-industry chain and support service system,Hebei's regional equipment manufacturing eco-industry chain is constructed.Thirdly,from the view of symbiotic unit,symbiotic model and symbiotic environment,this paper analyzes the stability influence factors and establishes the stability evaluation model.The stability of the eco-industrial chain is analyzed.Finally,according to the analysis results of ecoindustry chain and stability model,putting forward suggestions: first,give full play to the function of government service and improve the relevant mechanism policy;second,establish a technical support system to strengthen the driving force of innovation;third,improve the eco-industrial chain development model and improve ecological efficiency.Figure 13;Table 4;Reference 67...
