The innovation of technology has driven the transformation of traditional manufacturing to information-based manufacturing.However,in the face of complex international competition environment,although the country has attached great importance to it,it has maintained its development advantages more or less,but it still has low product precision,poor craftsmanship and poor quality.The manufacturing cycle is long,the degree of synergy is low,the cost performance of the product is not high,and there are no defects such as key technologies and new management and control technology support.The logistics process is inseparable from each process in the product manufacturing cycle.As a glue,each process in the production process and the far-reaching links are closely connected,thus becoming an integrated manufacturing supply chain system.The introduction of advanced logistics technology and logistics management concepts to optimize transportation,warehousing,distribution and other work in logistics activities has promoted the production efficiency of the manufacturing industry to a certain extent.Collaborative logistics takes the cooperation and synergy as the premise,combines advanced technology,focuses on the personalized service of logistics and the synergy between various links,creates a collaborative logistics information system that fully shares logistics resources and acquires on demand,and promotes supply.Collaborative operations in all aspects of the chain and collaborative operations between enterprises.Based on this paper,the theory of cloud manufacturing will be used to create a supply chain collaborative logistics model.The specific research contents are as follows:1.The background and development trend of manufacturing supply chain are analyzed,and the definition,structure and advantages of cloud manufacturing are expounded.2.The development of China's manufacturing supply chain logistics In terms of the situation,the theory and architecture of the supply chain collaborative logistics model based on cloud manufacturing are proposed.3.Based on the Stackelberg game model based on self-interest maximization,based on the simple secondary supply chain composed of raw material suppliers and manufacturers.The logistics synergy effect of cloud manufacturing is modeled and analyzed,and the feasibility of the model is obtained.4.Based on the feasibility of the model,the basic environment design of the supply chain collaborative logistics platform in the cloud manufacturing environment is carried out.And build.Through the construction of cloud database and cloud data table to store data information,the page structure of collaborative logistics platform is divided and designed by PHP programming.5.Based on the above research results,the supply chain collaborative logistics of vehicle manufacturing industry is developed.Cloud platform framework.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the automotive supply chain,introduces the collaborative logistics model of automobile supply chain based on cloud manufacturing,and carries out the logistics collaborative reconstruction of the supply chain.The validity and feasibility of the paper method are verified by practical application.
