| In order to solve the imbalance between urban and rural economic development and further improve the level of rural economic and social development,the Party Central Committee and the State Council put forward the Rural Revitalization strategy according to the current situation of rural economic and social development.During the implementation of the strategy,through scientific guidance and targeted project construction,we will comprehensively improve the ability and level of rural economic and social development,and drive the continuous improvement of rural residents’ income level and quality of life.Based on the collected research data,this study analyzed the planning and construction of rural residential buildings in rural areas during the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and conducted a study on the impact of the rural revitalization strategy on the planning and construction of rural residential buildings in Gushi County through on-site investigation.By using questionnaire surveys and on-site interviews,three representative villages in Gushi County were selected to collect basic data on the planning and construction of rural residential areas and the upgrading and renovation of old houses since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Based on this,the opinions and needs of rural residents on the planning and construction of rural residential areas during the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy were understood.Organize the interview and questionnaire survey results,and provide a list to illustrate the impact of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy on the planning and construction of rural housing in Gushi County.It is believed that the impact is mainly reflected in the strictness of residential planning and construction management,the integration of energy-saving and environmental protection design,and a greater emphasis on living comfort.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed for the planning and construction of rural housing in Gushi County during the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The main countermeasures are the special design of residential planning,feasibility of cost estimation,basic goal of green energy conservation,planning of characteristic towns or concentrated residential areas.The implementation suggestions include government unified planning and construction,self raised funds+government incentive forms,upgrading and transformation models,and construction of ecological prototype housing.And it is believed that in the process of residential planning and construction,basic requirements such as economic applicability,aesthetics and energy conservation should be met,and the basic concept of ecological livability should be fully implemented.Through the research in this article,it is hoped to provide some help and inspiration for the planning and construction of rural housing in Gushi under the background of implementing the "Rural Revitalization Strategy". |
