Research On Planning And Design Of Eco-cultural Industrial Park Under The Background Of Rural Vitalization

Since the reform and opening up,China has always attached great importance to rural development and always regards how to deal with the "three rural issues" as the focus of party and state work.The planning and design of the eco-cultural industrial park is a new attempt to put the industry into the landscape under the landscape category and to exert value in the process of rural development.Planning and designing an eco-cultural industrial park requires finding an industrial structure that is consistent with the characteristics of rural development,screening and transformation of the industry and implantation in the landscape,and finally establishing an eco-cultural industrial park,and use this as a basis to explore new ways for rural green sustainable development.This paper uses analytical theory,research cases and other methods to analyze the current state of rural development in China,study the theory of ecological and cultural industries,summarize the experience of relevant successful cases,and construct an ecological and cultural industrial system dominated by agriculture and forestry industry,tourism industry and education industry.The conditional screening evaluation factor gives weights,establishes an evaluation system under ideal conditions,analyzes the industrial suitability of the site,and gives the design strategies from the garden elements and functions.Finally,combined with the geographical and environmental conditions and cultural characteristics of the region,the eco-cultural lndustrial park is planned and designed in line with local development.This paper takes the Ruijin Eco-cultural Industrial Park in Ganzhou City of Jiangxi Province as an example.Based on the in-depth understanding of the local characteristic culture,this paper analyzes the current characteristics of the research site and analyzes the lndustrial suitability.Based on this,combined with Ruijin's geographical and climatic characteristics and regional characteristic culture,the Ruijin Ecological and Cultural lndustrial Park was planned and designed.Integrate the industry into the landscape by improving the landscape effects of nursery garden and farmland,promote the transformation and development of the agriculture and forestry industry,promote the development of the rural tourism industry with the agriculture and forestry industry,use the attraction of the landscape to develop natural education and research travel,and finally realize the coordinated development of tourism industry,agriculture and forestry industry and education industry,and create Ruijin Eco-cultural Industrial Park with multiple functions based on landscape function.
