Study On The Livable System Project Planning Of The Urban And Rural In Qijiang County, Chongqing City

As a common pursuit of mankind, suitable living is a significant goal for the buidings of the modern city and new socialist coutryside. Qijiang County Urban and Rural planning systems play an important role on the subject of livable Qijiang, it also has great significance on the successful implementation of livable Qijiang.With the development of the urban and rural harmonious, the regional infrastructures such as electric power, roads, telecommunications, radio and TV developed rapidly, the overall quality and per capita of housing area also increased greatly, however, the whole infrastructure in Qijiang remians weak and has a huge gap between large and medium cities and towns that due to the historical and natural facotors.This paper begin with the analysis of the Qijiang livable situation, and then reaseach the living conditions in urban and rural, public space, rural roads, service facilities and other aspects respectively. At the basis of these studies, the paper raises some exsisting problems. Combined with the current situations and the superiority analysis of the livable Qijiang, the paper carries out a planning research which aims at the livable construction projects in urban and rural. The livable city projects include advancing the residential quality, optimizing the public space and completing the service facilities. The livable rural projects include modificating the rural houses, improving the space environment, constructiong the service facilities.
