| With the deepening of reform and opening up,and the continuous development of the economy,the logistics industry has gradually become an important component of economic development,providing support for the flow of materials in production and life.In the current logistics system,logistics park services,as key nodes,undertake the upper and lower links in the logistics supply chain,and improve the efficiency of goods circulation in the logistics supply chain.For new logistics parks,how to do a good job in planning and construction can effectively promote the development of China’s logistics industry,while gathering and processing logistics parks,and further improving the level of logistics services and management is of great significance for improving regional economic development.In the research of the logistics industry,the location of logistics parks has always been a hot topic.It is precisely because the location of logistics parks is related to subsequent operations and its impact on economic development,so many experts and scholars have conducted research in this field.At the same time,there are many uncertain factors in the process of logistics park location,which also make the process of logistics park location more risky.The research topic of this article is the location risk of logistics parks.By taking A logistics park as a case to study the risk identification and prevention of logistics park site selection.Firstly,the basic connotation of logistics park,the importance of site selection and the main content of risk management are expounded.Secondly,according to the project background of A logistics Park,it adopts literature analysis,brainstorming and Delphi method to identify the site selection risks of A logistics Park,and finally forms the risk list of A logistics Park,including 4 second-level risks and 14 third-level risks of demand,natural environment,business environment and infrastructure.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the risk of logistics park site selection.The evaluation results show that,in the risk of logistics park site selection,the four secondary indexes from high to low are business environment risk,demand risk,infrastructure risk and natural environment risk,and the logistics cost risk under the business environment risk is the biggest risk.Finally,combined with the results of risk evaluation,according to the risk management matrix and risk measure selection model,targeted risk prevention measures are proposed for A logistics park in terms of demand,natural environment,business environment and infrastructure.This article analyzes the location risk of A Express Logistics Park and proposes corresponding preventive measures,which can provide reference for new logistics parks in China,help them better carry out the location work,further reduce the risk of early construction of logistics parks in China,and further provide assistance for promoting the development of China’s logistics industry. |
