| With the rapid development of economy and the logistics industry,some cities have formed logistics operations,and adopted various modes of transportation to effectively link up,reduce land space as much as possible,and realize the convergence of different types of logistics enterprises.This logistics industry chain based on the transport chain is also known as the logistics park.Although China’s logistics industry parks have developed rapidly with the tide of the times,the development level of the park construction is still relatively backward.Facing the current market demand,the current infrastructure of the Logistics Park presents obvious "lag".In this thesis,the elevant theories and methods of project management,especially the theory and technology of project risk management,are used to deeply analyze the important links involved in the project,identify the risk factors,analyze the causes of the risks,and formulate scientific measures to deal with them.Identify the risk factors existing in the project,make qualitative and quantitative assessment of these risk factors,identify the risk factors affecting the project and respond to them,and maintain the continuity of the follow-up risk factors.Monitor.This paper takes Qingdao Free Trade City Development and Construction Co.,Ltd.Qingdao Port Import Automobile Logistics Industrial Park project as an implementation case,make a detailed analysis and synthesis of the important decision-making and key points involved in the project(e.g.pre-preparation,process analysis,planning organization,project operation,etc.).The risk prediction and handling ability in the case are finally summarized and evaluated.Qingdao Free Trade City Development and Construction Co.,Ltd.is the construction,development and operation side of the project.Therefore,the special project development mode and project positioning,policy and market,late operation,social stability and other links are the focus of risk analysis.In this paper,the project of imported automobile logistics industrial park is studied and analyzed scientifically from project establishment,development to design,construction to later stage of operation,which enhances the feasibility of project construction and operation. |
