Nowadays,with the intensification of economic globalization,the competition among manufacturing enterprises has become more intense,and reduce the huge logistics costs of workshops has become an urgent task for enterprises.The reasonable layout of production workshop operation units can effectively help companies reduce logistics costs and enhance their competitiveness in the market.The combination of traditional methods and heuristic algorithms is a common method to study the optimization of facility layout,and it is feasible to implement scientific layout planning for workshops.We combine the system layout design(SLP)method and the genetic simulated annealing hybrid algorithm(GASA)to study the optimization of the facility layout of the X workshop of A company.Firstly,we explain the relevant theories and commonly used research methods in the field of facility layout,by analyzing the current situation and problems of the layout of the X engine assembly workshop,the SLP method is used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the logistics and non-logistics relationship of the workshop operation unit to obtain a comprehensive correlation diagram,and combine with the actual layout and constraints of the X workshop,the drawn three initial layout optimization schemes are used as the initial solution of the hybrid algorithm;Then,on the basis of the SLP method,we establish a corresponding workshop facility layout model,with the dual objective function of minimizing annual material handling costs and maximizing non-logistics relations,set up the constraints of the model and the basic parameters of the algorithm,use MATLAB to solve the algorithm;Finally,we verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the hybrid algorithm compared with the single genetic and particle swarm optimization algorithm through the optimization effect and algorithm comparison,obtain the better facility layout plan under constraint conditions.The conclusion shows that compared with the original plan,the better layout plan reduces the annual logistics handling cost of the workshop by 39.75%,the non-logistics relations is increased by 27.92%,the annual material handling distance is reduced by 40.42%。The combination of SLP method and hybrid algorithm is applied to the improvement of the actual facility layout of the enterprise,which provides a guiding basis for the facility planning of the new workshop of A enterprise,and has the same reference significance for other similar enterprises in the research of workshop facility optimization.
