With the development and progress of today's social economy,the competitive environment between enterprises is becoming more and more intense,and the profit space of enterprises is getting smaller and smaller.In order to enhance their competitiveness,more and more entrepreneurs are more concerned about the potential to explore the enterprise,to further enhance business profits.On the other hand,as the world's material resources are declining and the level of science and technology is limited,profits that increase the consumption of material resources,that is,"first profits" and profits that increase labor consumption,Profit "development potential is increasingly limited.Therefore,more and more manufacturing enterprises will focus on the reform of the "third profit" source,that is,logistics,and more enterprises will be identified as a logistics project for the future development of a very important strategic plan.In the manufacturing sector,the importance of logistics is mainly reflected in the rationality of the layout of the facilities.A good internal facilities layout can effectively reduce the internal logistics work,improve work efficiency.Therefore,this study as a starting point,the layout of the enterprise facilities for a detailed and systematic study.In this paper,the traditional system facilities layout method is used as the research route,and the research framework is developed according to the idea of the research method.Then the genetic algorithm is introduced in the layout design stage of the method,and the mathematical model is established according to the overall goal of the enterprise layout.Conditions of the restrictions put forward constraints,the final use of Matlab software to solve the initial layout of the program.Then,the simulation model and the gray relational analysis method are introduced to analyze the merits and demerits of the scheme,which greatly reduces the complexity of manual operation and improve the scientific rationality of the layout scheme.Using the theoretical method of this study to SGMW enterprises all the parts of the export workshop for practical application,and ultimately get a reasonable and feasible layout.
