Study On Adaptive Reuse Of Water Conservancy Heritage

China China is a big country of water conservancy heritage,with a large number and wide distribution,which plays an important role in China’s cultural heritage.Since the 21 st century,the water conservancy heritage after the upgrading of industrial structure has faced multiple contradictions.How to revitalize the value of water conservancy heritage,continue water conservancy culture and properly handle the relationship between protection and utilization has become an important issue for the protection and utilization of water conservancy heritage,but there is still a lack of necessary systematic theoretical summary and strategic guidance on the adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage.From the perspective of architecture,this paper studies the adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage by taking the physical space of material water conservancy heritage as the carrier as the research object.First of all,starting from the study of the theory of water conservancy heritage and adaptive reuse,through the combination of literature review,data collection,typical case studies and field visits,the connotation and value of water conservancy heritage are combed and interpreted,and the relevant theories of adaptive reuse are combed,so as to systematically recognize the theory of adaptive reuse and the current situation of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with practical cases of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage,it is considered that it can be divided into three aspects: adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage function,adaptive reuse of internal space of water conservancy heritage and adaptive reuse of external space of water conservancy heritage to sum up advanced practical experience,and four types of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage function are put forward:exhibition,creative industrial park,comprehensive development and open space.In the aspect of adaptive reuse of internal space of water conservancy heritage,two types are put forward: internal space integration and internal space remodeling;in the aspect of adaptive reuse of external space of water conservancy heritage,two types are put forward: vertical adaptive reuse and site adaptive reuse,and the adaptive reuse strategies of water conservancy heritage function,internal space and external space are summarized respectively.Finally,the obtained strategy is applied to practice,and the original Lankao Yellow River Bureau,a water conservancy heritage,is investigated on the spot,and the geographical location,overall layout and monomer situation of the original Lankao Yellow River Bureau yard are analyzed,and the surrounding riverside area,Yellow River Station,train theme parking lot,campsite,etc.are carefully understood,and their adaptive reuse needs are analyzed and interpreted.Referring to the summarized functions of water conservancy heritage and the adaptive reuse strategy of internal space and external space,this paper analyzes the geographical location,spatial characteristics and value of the original Lankao Yellow River Bureau yard,and designs its adaptive reuse practice of functions,internal space and external space.This research on adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage has both theoretical and practical significance.In theory,referring to the theoretical research results of industrial heritage and agricultural heritage reuse,based on the perspective of architecture,this paper discusses the specific characteristics of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage,and summarizes the research strategies of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage in terms of function,internal space and external space,which is conducive to perfecting the existing theory of water conservancy heritage reuse.In practice,a large number of existing water conservancy heritages in China have good overall physical characteristics and have the basic conditions for adaptive reuse.By summarizing the strategies of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage,it is expected to play a guiding role for designers in the reuse of water conservancy heritage,help to promote the design of adaptive reuse of water conservancy heritage,and also promote the development of reuse of existing water conservancy heritage.
