As the outstanding representatives of construction industrialization,assembly-type building has advantages such as fast construction speed,environmental protection in the construction process and few construction personnel on the site.Therefore,it is favored by the market and becomes the mainstream construction mode of Chinese construction industry.The industrial chain of prefabricated buildings has also been improved.However,with the increasing external risks,the phenomenon of delayed or even interrupted project delivery caused by the fragile industrial chain occurs from time to time,and the difficulty of operation and management of the whole industrial chain is increasing.Therefore,it is an important subject of great theoretical and practical value to clarify the factors affecting the resilience of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings and their interactions,and to discuss the measures to improve the resilience of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings,so as to reduce the uncertainty of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings.Following the logic of “raising problems → analyzing problems → solving problems”,this paper adopts the method of data mining to study the factors affecting the resilience of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings,as follows:(1)Starting from the analysis of the connotation of resilience,combined with the characteristics of the industrial chain and the prefabricated industrial chain,defined the concept of resilience of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings,and divided it into two dimensions of inter-chain resilience and node resilience.(2)The influencing factors of inter-chain resilience and joint resilience were identified by literature analysis,and the factors that did not fit the characteristics of prefabricated buildings were excluded through semantic screening and situational screening,so as to determine the initial influencing factors.Finally,20 factors affecting the inter-chain resilience of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings and 14 factors affecting the joint resilience of prefabricated buildings were determined.(3)The Apriori algorithm in association rules is used to mine the influencing factors of the resilience of the prefabricated construction industry chain.The initial influencing factors are classified by WSR theory into three aspects: physical,operational and human,and encoded to form the initial transaction database.Secondly,the analysis model of influencing factors of interchain resilience and node resilience was constructed.Through continuous tests of minimum support and minimum confidence,the appropriate threshold was determined to identify key influencing factors and strong association rules,and the analysis was conducted.The research found that: “Management” and “human” factors are the key factors affecting the toughness improvement of the prefabricated construction industry chain.Among them,risk management level and leadership ability not only play a positive role in the resilience improvement,but also have a strong correlation with other influencing factors.Finally,based on the experimental results and analysis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the resilience of the industrial chain of prefabricated buildings are put forward.
