The development of prefabricated construction is an important means for China’s construction industry to achieve the goal of dual carbon,and it is also a necessary measure for the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Prefabricated construction involve factory production,component transportation and delivery and on-site assembly construction,project performance depends on the efficient connection of all links of the supply chain,supply chain management of prefabricated construction plays an important role in improving the production efficiency of prefabricated construction and realizing its high-quality development.The prefabricated construction supply chain involves many stakeholders and supply chain management is extremely difficult.In recent years,the shortage of construction workers,the interruption of construction material supply,the backlog of prefabricated component production orders and delivery delays have been frequent,which has greatly increased the uncertainty of the disruption of the prefabricated construction supply chain.Therefore,improving supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction is of great significance to mitigate the impact of various emergencies and ensure the smooth delivery of prefabricated construction projects.As a node enterprise to adapt to the changes of the external environment and the complexity of the supply chain network,and integrate and reconstruct the internal and external resources of the supply chain,there is still a lack of research on combining it with supply chain management of prefabricated construction.From the perspective of dynamic capability,this paper aims to identify the key factors affecting the supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction,formulate targeted resilience improvement strategies,improve the anti-risk ability of the prefabricated construction supply chain,and help the high-quality development of prefabricated construction.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the relevant theories and conceptual connotations of supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction from the perspective of dynamic capability are elaborated.On the basis of systematically sorting out the supply chain resilience theory and dynamic capability theory,combined with the concept and structure of the prefabricated construction supply chain,the concept of supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction is defined.Secondly,based on the perspective of dynamic capability,the factors influencing the supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction were screened and identified.Using the literature research method and expert consultation method,a total of 12first-level indicators and 39 second-level indicators were summarized in five dimensions: ability to anticipate,ability to respond,ability to adapt,ability to recover and ability to learn.A questionnaire on the influencing factors of supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction was designed and issued,and the validity test was carried out after deleting three measurement items with low reliability according to the reliability test results,and the results showed that the measurement scale had good reliability and validity after deleting the questions,which provided data support for the subsequent establishment of structural equation models.Again,a structural equation model of the factors affecting supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction was constructed.Through reading the literature,the research hypothesis between the latent variables is put forward,and the theoretical model is constructed accordingly,and then the reliability and validity test questionnaire data were used to analyze the first-and second-order confirmatory factor analysis of the measurement model and the first-and second-order confirmatory factor analysis of the structural model.The results show that the proposed research hypotheses are true,and the five latent variables have a significant positive impact on the supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction,among which the ability to respond has the greatest impact.Based on the empirical analysis results,the reasons for the establishment of each research hypothesis are analyzed in depth.Finally,a system dynamics model of the factors affecting supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction was constructed.Combined with the path relationship in the structural equation model,the causal relationship diagram and stock flow diagram were drawn,and the system dynamics model constructed was simulated and compared from two levels of influencing factors under five capability dimensions based on the control variable method,and the influence of different factors on the supply chain resilience of prefabricated construction was explored,and countermeasures for resilience improvement were proposed.
