Research On The Formation And Influencing Factors Of The Prefabricated Buliding Industry Chain

The prefabricated buliding industry chain is a dynamic value-added chain with synergistic effects,which is based on prefabricated building products,with various stakeholders as carriers,synergistic related supporting industries,risk-sharing and benefit sharing as the guide,and the upstream and downstream enterprises interact,influence and interdependent.Studying the formation and influencing factors of the prefabricated buliding industry chain,the purpose is to explore the relationship between various influencing factors and the development of the prefabricated buliding industry chain,and provide a theoretical basis for the formation of the future industrial chain of fabricated bulidings,and provide guidance for its development.This paper takes prefabricated bulidings as the research object,based on the industrial chain theory,combined with the characteristics of the prefabricated building,defines the concept of the prefabricated buliding industry chain,analyzes the assembly chain of the building industry chain and identifies key nodes,and further analyzes the formation conditions,formation motivation and formation mechanism of the prefabricated buliding industry whichprovide a theoretical basis for exploring the influencing factors of the prefabricated buliding industry chain.According to the characteristics of the prefabricated building and the influencing factors of the industrial chain,the influencing factors of the prefabricated construction industry chain are initially identified.The research hypothesis is put forward,the theoretical model of the influencing factors of the fabricated building industry chain is constructed,and the research index design is carried out.Finally,the theoretical model is demonstrated by example: the questionnaire is established,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire results are tested by SPSS software;The initial structural equation model is constructed based on the data,and the confirmatory factor analysis is performed on the measured variables using AMOS20.0 software.According to the path results,the causal relationship between the external latent variables and the internal latent variables is analyzed to determine the impact of the fabricated construction industry chain.Factor structure Type,model and based on the analysis results give a reasonable proposal to the assembly building industry chain development,the development of guidance for prefabricated building industry.
