| In recent years,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is in full swing,and the digital economy is developing at an unprecedented speed,with a wide radiation range and a deep influence.As an important part of the national pillar industry,an important birth field and application scenario of digital technology,traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises should adapt to the development trend of the times,actively embrace digitalization,actively promote digital transformation through innovation and development,and better meet the challenges of digital economy while enjoying the dividend of digital economy.However,some enterprises are limited by the traditional development concept and path dependence,have insufficient understanding of the new situation and new ideas,stick to the rules,and lack sufficient transformation motivation;At the same time,for the high cost and high risk brought by the investment,construction,operation and maintenance of the digital transformation process,it lacks enough transformation courage;In addition,there is a lack of resources and experience in methods,technologies and talents,as well as the pains of exploring the unknown alone,which lacks sufficient transformational strength.Under this background,cooperative innovation has increasingly become the transformation path chosen by many traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises.Through cooperative innovation,the efficiency of resource activation and utilization and allocation can be improved,and through resource leveraging,cooperative innovation can empower transformation,reduce operation and management costs,extend value creation space,reshape competitive advantage,and help traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises to catch up with the digital economy.Therefore,how to scientifically and efficiently select the partners that meet the innovation and development needs of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises is the key to the success or failure of cooperative innovation.With the background of digital transformation,based on the development demands of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises,and with the goal of choosing the most satisfactory partners for traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises,this paper makes an in-depth study on the evaluation of innovative development partners of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:Aiming at the problem that the existing evaluation indexes of enterprise partners are not systematic and comprehensive,the evaluation index system and evaluation model of innovation and development partners of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises are established,which closely meet the requirements of digital transformation.Firstly,it analyzes the present situation and problems of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises seeking partners for innovation and development under the background of digital transformation,analyzes the pain points and difficulties of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises’ innovation and development,discusses the goal and positioning of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises’ innovation and development under the background of digital transformation,and summarizes the path of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises’ innovation and development.Secondly,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing a large number of literatures,a comprehensive multidimensional partner evaluation index system is established by using the theory of collaborative development and complementary resources,combining with the characteristics and innovative development needs of traditional automobile manufacturing enterprises,and the weights of evaluation indexes are calculated by using rough set theory,which fully reflects the true perception of decision makers.Then,the traditional evaluation decision-making method of innovation and development partners of automobile manufacturing enterprises is put forward.The rough number method is used to preprocess the evaluation information,improve the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation information,and reduce the influence of subjective factors and uncertainties on the evaluation results.The Euclidean distance between the evaluation value of each decision-making object and the positive and negative ideal solutions is calculated by the approximate ideal solution sorting method,and the relative proximity of each decision-making object is obtained.Based on this,the decision-making objects are sorted with good or bad,and the most satisfactory decision-making scheme is output.Finally,a case study verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method. |
