With the gradual implementation of "Digital China","digital economy" and "digital grid",as well as the further advancement of China’s electric power system reform and state-owned enterprise reform,the marketization competition of China’s electric power is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to cope with the competition effectively,the integration of traditional power industry and digital development has become an inevitable trend.As a traditional electric power enterprise,its inherent corporate culture has strong stability after years of accumulation and evolution,but it lacks plasticity and creativity.Under the background of enterprise digital transformation,internal culture conflict has become a new normal.By building a suitable corporate culture to match the company’s digital transformation strategy,promoting the company’s digital transformation has become an important issue urgently to be solved by K Power Supply Company.Therefore,this paper chooses K power supply company as the research object to discuss the construction of corporate culture under the background of digital transformation,which is typical and representative.This paper firstly combs the relevant theoretical knowledge of digital transformation and corporate culture construction,then starts with the current situation of digital transformation and corporate culture construction of K power supply company,uses the optimized Denison OCQ scale model for cultural diagnosis and analysis,and on this basis takes the four-level model of corporate culture as the framework for problem analysis.This paper systematically analyzes the existing problems and reasons of K power supply company’s corporate culture construction under the background of digital transformation from the spiritual level,the institutional level,the behavioral level and the material level,and puts forward the basic strategy of building a new corporate culture suitable for digital transformation.In the end,it has formulated organizational,institutional,personnel,financial and other safeguard measures to promote the implementation of the new corporate culture under the background of digital transformation.The research shows that in terms of cultural construction,K power supply company has some problems,such as weak understanding of the significance of enterprise digital transformation,low recognition of vision and goal,barriers between departments,imperfect system implementation evaluation system and so on.By improving the management structure,Measures such as optimizing work flow,improving labor security mechanism,establishing internal innovation incentive and fault tolerance and correction mechanism,strengthening cooperation between departments,and strengthening user-centered service concept will help promote cultural construction,provide cultural support for the digital transformation and upgrading of K power Supply Company,and also provide reference for the cultural construction of similar enterprises.
