Research On Edible Landscape Planning And Design Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

In recent years,China has made significant progress in rural revitalization and construction.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the comprehensive construction of beautiful and livable rural areas.In this context,edible landscapes can serve as a new way to build beautiful rural landscapes,combining aesthetics and practicality by viewing traditional crops from a landscape perspective.Although there have been some edible landscape-related tourism industries,such as agricultural leisure parks and suburban parks,in rural areas,there is still a lack of unified regional planning,and the development is not mature enough.The role of edible landscapes in rural areas still needs to be explored.Currently,the planning and design of systematic edible landscapes in the context of rural revitalization are still in the exploratory stage.This article first carefully studies relevant policies and construction requirements for rural revitalization,sorts out the concepts related to edible landscapes and rural revitalization,summarizes the basic characteristics of edible landscapes under the background of rural revitalization,explores the theoretical origins of the edible landscape concept,and researches and analyzes excellent cases of rural edible landscapes both domestically and abroad.Secondly,using site investigation and evaluation analysis methods,the planning points and ideas are proposed,and the planning and design strategies for rural edible landscapes are summarized.Finally,combining the planning and design of edible landscapes with the perspective of rural revitalization,the landscape design of Ta Fan Village in Qianshan City,Anqing is taken as an example to create an edible landscape environment that integrates tourism,industrial development,production and life,and popular science education.The following conclusions are drawn in this article:1)Through the field investigation of the edible landscape resources in Qianshan City,Anhui Province,combined with the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process,the evaluation system of rural edible landscapes is established,and it is concluded that the ecological nature is more important for the construction of rural edible landscapes.Secondly,it is believed that the proportion of cultivated land area in the natural category,regional culture in the cultural category,utilization rate of local edible plants in the ecological category,coordination between production functions and landscape functions in the functional category,and overall viewing effect of edible landscapes in the aesthetic category are more important.Then take the first ten indicators according to the obtained weights and evaluate the nine villages according to the scoring standard: It’s suitable to select Tafan Village as the instance for specific content planning and design.2)In the planning and design process of rural edible landscapes,it is necessary to consider the sustainable development of fragmented production space and rural landscapes.Local edible plants should be fully utilized to form a production community,construct an ecological circular agriculture mode,increase biodiversity,and build a stable ecological cycle system to strengthen the spatial connection of edible landscapes.By sorting out the types of edible plants,planting patterns,and crop rotation design,the overall effect of edible landscapes can be improved.When considering the coordination of edible landscape space and surrounding environment,landscape ecology concepts should be used to set up ecological corridors with edible plants,optimize ecological bases,and regulate rural production space.In the aspect of late management and maintenance,multi-subject cooperative mode can be adopted to realize sustainable development of rural edible landscape.3)Based on the researched design strategies,Ta Fan Village in Qianshan City,Anhui Province is taken as the practical object.The overall planning and design of rural edible landscapes are carried out under the framework of rural revitalization,and the landscape design plan is put forward.
