Research On The Construction Of Grassroots Party Organizations In State-Owned Enterprises

At the National Conference on Party Building in State-owned Enterprises,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out : ’ Adhere to the Party ’ s leadership of stateowned enterprises,and create a new situation of Party building in state-owned enterprises.The Party ’s meetings have repeatedly highlighted the strengthening of Party building in state-owned enterprises,deepening the understanding of Party building in state-owned enterprises,making the responsibilities of Party members and cadres clearer,leading Party building to operate and transforming political advantages into economic advantages.The Party branch of the project department of the stateowned enterprises is the basic level of the Party construction work of the state-owned enterprises.Therefore,attaching importance to the Party building work of the project department is the inevitable requirement of deepening the Party ’ s leadership and the driving force for the construction of state-owned enterprises.This paper takes the discussion of state-owned enterprise party construction by successive leaders as the theoretical basis,and takes Xiangyang Y Project Department as an example.Through data collection,case analysis,field visits and interviews,this paper studies the current situation of party construction of Xiangyang Y Project Department ’ s party branch,and finds that the party branch of Xiangyang Y Project Department has problems such as lack of talent resources,lack of innovation and brand construction to be strengthened.In view of the problems found in the investigation,we put forward suggestions and countermeasures for Xiangyang Y project department : strengthening the introduction and training of party building talents,innovating the form of party building activities,and improving the standardization and scientificity of party building work.Based on the exploration of party construction work in Y project department,this paper thinks about the work of party construction project department in state-owned enterprises : one is to build a party construction think tank driven by talents;second,to form innovation-oriented,stimulate the vitality of party building;third,to standardize standards as the criterion,improve the quality of party building;fourth,to build a brand as the goal,to show the characteristics of party building.
