| State-owned enterprises are the leading force of China’s national economy and the important ruling basis of the Party,which is related to the effective implementation of the Party and state policies under the market economy system.The cadre troop construction of state-owned enterprises,adhering to the principle that the party supervises cadres,plays a decisive role in the operation and development of state-owned enterprises.A steady development of state-owned enterprises is the need to have a high level of cadres as an important force for the strategic development of enterprises.Under the guidance of the Party construction in the new era,strengthening the construction of the cadre team of state-owned enterprises is of great practical significance to the deepening reform and high-quality,healthy and steady development of state-owned enterprises.In this paper,starting from the status quo of the traditional cadre team construction of state-owned enterprises in China,analysis of the existing problems,some state-owned enterprises have the "marginalization" of the party organization,talent selection mechanism is not perfect,cadre control mechanism and supervision mode lag.This paper takes the empirical method as the research method,conducts in-depth research on the model of party member cadre team construction in case enterprises,demonstrates and explores the innovative model of cadre team construction in state-owned enterprises under the guidance of Party construction in the new era.This paper mainly study microscopic phenomena,data from construction industry S state-owned enterprises,analyzes the case of enterprise cadres construction mode and innovation case,the other state-owned enterprises adopt the method of field observation of S group cadres innovation mode in-depth understanding and summarized,and use the questionnaire in the form of S group,evaluate the cadre troop construction work in state-owned enterprises,To optimize and supplement the establishment of the innovation model in this paper,it is proposed to strictly implement the "party supervises cadres" mode of state-owned enterprises,implement the training of young cadres and innovation incentive mechanism,and pay attention to the optimization of the supervision and evaluation mechanism of cadres.This paper aims to put forward the innovative model of the future development direction for the construction of state-owned enterprise cadres and provide reference for a historical period in the future. |
