In the traditional party development work,airlines have not established an available information system.Their party development work often relies on manual work.In addition,because party development work requires high business and process,the party development management department staff spends a lot of money every day.Time to organize and register various forms.In addition,for party development affairs,party development managers not only need to complete the relevant processes they are responsible for,but also need to find each manager to sign,this process takes a lot of time and effort,and In the process of completing these tasks,registration and omissions,registration errors,etc.are also prone to occur,which seriously affects the quality of party development work.Through the research and analysis of the specific business of airline party construction work,this paper proposes a party development management system based on B/S.The system mainly uses information technology to improve the party development work level of airlines.The system needs to be developed in conjunction with some of the airline’s management responsibilities.In addition,the airline hopes to effectively improve the efficiency of party development through the deployment of this system.The party development management system requirements to be developed in conjunction with aviation management of party organizations,party members,party documents,party members,organizational life,party fees collection,and party member training.Based on the Java EE platform and related technologies,this thesis optimizes the business process of the airline corporation party development work department and realizes the informationization of related business.Firstly,it studies the current problems faced by the party development work of airlines and the status quo of information technology development in China.At the same time,it analyzes the similar information systems and their development abroad,and proposes to develop a special party development management system based on the actual situation of airlines.It is very meaningful.Secondly analyze the technology and methods of system development,and propose that the system will be based on B/S development,select Java EE and related technologies as the development technology of this system,and at the same time,the system development involves The development methods such as design pattern and waterfall model were studied.Thirdly,the system requirements analysis was completed.According to the actual business situation of the airline corporation party construction work department,six business functions and one background management function required by the system were proposed.At the same time,in order to ensure the availability of the system,the performance requirements of the system are analyzed.Fourthly,the overall design of the system is completed,and the B/S three-tier architecture of the system is refined.The five-layer architecture of the system is proposed.The network topology design of the system was designed,and the ER model and table structure of the system database were also carried out.Fifthly,complete the detailed design and implementation of the system,based on the system’s requirements analysis and overall design,in-depth design of the system within the various functional modules,using the Java language in the My Eclipse9.0 environment to achieve the system;The system was tested,and the function and operation of the system were tested during the system development phase to ensure that the functions implemented by the system can meet the requirements of users and the system is stable.After the system is developed,it will be deployed and commissioned by the airline.During the trial operation,the functions realized by the system can meet the requirements of the party development management department.The system improves the management level of the airline,reduces the management cost of the party construction work,and ensures the integrity of the business process,and supports the intermediate data of the management process at any time.
