Research On Lean Production Management Optimization Of Z Company Based On "Internet +"

The comprehensive types of manufacturing industry in China are the support of the economy.It is a new trend of innovation and development in the field lean production management in manufacturing industry,the collaborative management capability in production.As a new energy enterprise,although Z Company has made some achievements in lean production management,there are still some specific problems in workshop production control,industrial chain resource integration,procurement system construction and networked personnel management.It is urgent to optimize the company’s lean production management system in combination with "Internet plus" to improve the company’s competitiveness in the new energy market.This thesis based on "Internet plus" as the guidance,draws on relevant theories at home and abroad,through the study of the company’s existing problems,proposes optimization strategies,designs optimization evaluation methods,and provides relevant safeguard measures.Firstly,it introduces and proposes research content and methods based on comprehensive literature research on performance appraisal at home and abroad;Secondly,it explains the theoretical basis of lean production,system management,optimization management,Internet plus and other related theories;Thirdly,by studying the current situation,problems,and causes of lean production management in the company,it is found that there are specific problems in Z company,such as weak workshop production control,insufficient integration of industrial chain resources,backward procurement system construction,and lack of networked personnel management;Then,the optimization design of the company’s lean production management system was proposed,and innovative countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.Optimization and improvement were carried out in such aspects as workshop lean management and control,operation standardized management,and operation digital management and control;Through the establishment of a scientific evaluation model,the effectiveness of the management optimization system was checked to help continuous improvement of lean production management;Finally,it proposes organizational,talent,technology,and institutional safeguards for the company’s lean management.Through special research,this thesis optimizes the lean production management system to reduce the problems in the production of Z Company.Through this system,the purpose of improving product quality,reducing production costs,and improving the quality and efficiency of the company’s development is achieved.At the same time,the achievements achieved can provide reference for enterprises in the same industry.
