Research On Production Management Optimization Of ZC Company’s New Energy Workshop Under The Background Of Industrial Internet

Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of high and new technologies,the production management methods of manufacturing enterprises are also quietly changing,and intelligence has become a trend of production management.At the same time,with the maturity and stability of the manufacturing industry in the past decade,manufacturing enterprises are facing very fierce market competition at this stage.Traditional small and medium-sized manufacturing industry enterprises want to further improve the effectiveness of production management,need to keep up with the pace of the times,with the help of advanced science and technology such as the industrial Internet to innovate and improve the production management of enterprises,to help enterprises maintain long-term competitiveness,to promote long-term sustainable development of enterprises.The research object of this paper is the new energy(dust-free)workshop of ZC Company.ZC,the company studied in this article,is located in Zhuzhou City,Hunan Province,which was founded in 1958 and is now a holding subsidiary of WCDL.ZC Company is currently mainly engaged in the powertrain assembly business of fuel vehicles and new energy vehicles,and is a local high-tech enterprise,with research,manufacturing and sales capabilities.The research object of this paper,ZC Company’s new energy workshop,currently uses lean theory to guide production management in the production process,and the management is relatively standardized.However,the progress of the times and the improvement of production requirements have made enterprises feel powerless in the existing production mode,and relying solely on lean theory may not be enough to guide the future development of enterprises.In this regard,based on the industrial Internet technology,this paper conducts in-depth discussion and research on the production management of ZC’s new energy workshop,and in the research process,the literature analysis method and field research method are comprehensively used,and a questionnaire is distributed during the field visit of ZC’s new energy workshop.Through a series of investigations and analysis,it was learned that there are indeed some problems in the production management of ZC Company’s new energy workshop,which are mainly reflected in the repetitive work setting too much,insufficient coordination of production scheduling,device management needs to be improved,difficulty in product traceability and insufficient support for employee training.In view of these problems,this paper formulates a series of optimization schemes based on the four characteristics of the industrial Internet.Based on the industrial Internet,the platform gives a plan to optimize the production process and improve the skills of employees;The Io T based on the industrial Internet gives a solution to optimize equipment management and improve product traceability;The interconnection based on the industrial Internet gives a solution to promote effective collaboration between enterprises;The big data features based on the industrial Internet give a solution to improve the efficiency of production scheduling and quality control management.This paper takes the new energy workshop of ZC Company as the research object,combines the four characteristics of the industrial Internet with its existing production management,helps it discover the existing problems of production management and explores the causes of the problems,and also helps the new energy workshop of ZC Company to foresee the occurrence of its production management problems in a timely manner and find the reasons for its formation.While promoting the optimization of ZC’s production management in the context of the Industrial Internet,it can also provide some references for other small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to optimize the production management of enterprises in the practical application of the Industrial Internet.Meanwhile,in view of the fact that the lean theory combined with the industrial Internet is comprehensively applied to the production management of manufacturing enterprises,there is still little research,so that this paper has certain practical value.
