| With the continuous and rapid development of China’s economy and society,the anti risk ability of the representative city and the "resilience" construction of its self recycling repair have become the new direction of urban development.In the Proposal of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fourteenth Five Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision for the Year 2035(hereinafter referred to as the "Proposal"),the construction goal of building a resilient city is explicitly written into the national development planning goal.The formation of the theoretical framework of resilient cities has set a direction for the transformation and construction of ecologically fragile cities.At present,the deepening of the concept of resilient cities in China is basically at the stage of theoretical evaluation and macro planning,but the practice of resilience construction at the micro level is not deep enough.Especially for the small areas that need to be resilient,the current research still lacks the corresponding theory and practical experience,which in a sense hinders the deepening of the theory of resilient cities.The annual temperature in tropical areas is relatively high,and the temperature difference varies slightly.This special and fragmented ecological and social texture is particularly important in the field of old city reconstruction.Resilient transformation is not only a simple process of reconstruction,but also a process of embedding resilience thinking into each process of transformation design for in-depth consideration,seeking systematic balance in multi-scale and multi-level complex problems,stimulating urban vitality,and promoting the deepening of urban resilience theory.Resilient design,as a specific division of landscape design,the sustainability of its outstanding value will be the main thinking of the resilient transformation.In terms of shaping urban texture,building facade function is an important carrier of urban construction and development,and its rational planning and utilization is one of the important ways of urban design for a long time.As a typical example of urban transformation in tropical regions,the attempt of resilience thinking in the image and composition of building facades will provide an opportunity for the unified construction of resilience in China.Therefore,it is necessary to systematically study and explore the facade reconstruction of old community buildings in tropical cities as a special object of resilience construction.This paper analyzes the feasibility of the reconstruction of the facade of the old community buildings in Renmin Dongli,Haikou City.Based on the strategy of community construction,it changes the old simple reconstruction thinking,and evaluates the feasibility of resilience construction through adaptive planning and design such as cognitive framework,model building,ecological simulation,and design improvement.In the practical design part,the wind environment and sunshine environment in Renmin Dongli area are simulated based on the analysis of selected sites and the consideration of common natural disasters in tropical areas,and four conclusions are drawn and applied to the specific design later.Then,through case analysis,literature analysis,early conclusion reference,etc.as the source of design strategy,the details of the building facade are specifically designed.Finally,on the basis of optimizing the accuracy of reconstruction site selection,the multi-level toughness model was evaluated,and the results showed that this design strategy was consistent with the results of the flexible facade reconstruction,and had a positive impact on the flexible design.This design strategy will be regarded as the exploration of a new model of resilience construction in tropical areas,and will summarize the value and significance of the overall resilience system after the coupling of multiple elements,which will positively promote the resilience design and its cross disciplines in the perspective of landscape design. |
