Intelligent Display Carrierdesign For "water Safety" In The Perspective Of Resilient Cities

The frequent occurrence of urban flooding disasters worldwide in recent years has caused serious impacts on urban development and people’s lives,and has become a hot issue of general concern to the society.The current urbanization development process is accompanied by the concept of resilient city,which provides new ideas for the sustainable development of cities,especially emphasizing the ability of cities to apply in disaster prevention and mitigation.Therefore,how to improve people’s ability to cope with urban flooding and to recover quickly from disasters has become an important development goal.At present,intelligent display carriers in urban space have strong visual impact to attract people to participate and thus improve the efficiency of information dissemination.Based on the concept of resilient city,the article introduces intelligent display carriers into the popularization of flood prevention and mitigation science,innovates the form of popularization,improves people’s knowledge of emergency risk avoidance and self-help ability,and achieves correct risk avoidance and loss reduction in the face of urban flooding.Based on the concept of resilient city,the article focuses on the problem of innovative forms of popular science propaganda in the context of flood prevention and mitigation,and explores the design of "water safety" intelligent display carrier in the perspective of resilient city.Firstly,it summarizes the current situation and problems of flood prevention and disaster reduction science propaganda,and analyzes how to present flood prevention and disaster reduction science propaganda knowledge in a popular form to attract wide public participation.The combination of intelligent display carriers and flood mitigation science propaganda,using the novelty and interactivity of intelligent display carriers,can attract people to actively participate in the interaction of flood mitigation,and feel and understand the flood mitigation science knowledge through interactive experience.Finally,the design of the display carrier for flood prevention and mitigation is carried out to provide disaster warning and emergency relief on the basis of meeting people’s needs for flood prevention and mitigation knowledge,and to improve the city’s ability to cope with floods,providing reference for the design of intelligent display carriers in the context of flood prevention and mitigation in the future.
