| During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,the road traffic construction in L City has achieved significant results in stages.With the continuous and steady development of the economy and society,road traffic has become one of the main modes of public travel,the scale of road construction of road traffic has gradually increased,and the system and network of road traffic have become increasingly complex,which further increases the scope and difficulty of road network management.Therefore,further establishing and improving the system and mechanism of highway management,strengthening the ability of highway information management and improving the service ability of highway are the necessary means to improve the operation efficiency and quality of the highway network center.This thesis takes the Road Network Center of L City as the research object to deeply explore the construction of the architecture system in road network management.During the exploration period,by using public goods,new public service theory,and new public economics theoretical knowledge,it combed the current situation of the road network service capacity of the Road Network Center of L City,and analyzed the existing road network system and mechanism is not perfect,talent team training and construction mechanism is missing,and information investment is insufficient Lack of cooperation with social resources and other issues.The service capacity of the road network has an important impact on the economic development of the city.In order to improve the service capacity of the road network center in L City and promote better and faster economic and social development in L City,some targeted countermeasures have been proposed: improve the construction of road network institutions and functions,strengthen the construction of road network teams,provide more financial support,strengthen the construction of road network information services,and improve the social participation of the road network center. |
