Research On Service Management Of Quan Zhou Road Network Center

At present,the factors affecting highway traffic safety are increasing,and all kinds of highway emergencies occur from time to time.Strengthening emergency disposal and ensuring unimpeded highway are becoming one of the new requirements of highway department.Smart road is the general trend,the establishment of " convenient road network" smart road network is also the goal of QuanZhou highway management agency.The birth of QuanZhou road network center marks a new beginning of QuanZhou intelligent traffic,but compared with other provinces and cities,there are still some places worth improving.This paper studies the service management of QuanZhou road network center.Firstly,this paper introduces the research results of road network center service at home and abroad,and analyzes the road network service with the combination of New Public Service theory and Public Product theory.Second,QuanZhou highway network center,for example,through the theory with practice,in-depth service management situation of the QuanZhou city road network,refined management in the existing problems,such as inefficient network service management process,lack of professional talents and unattended team personnel is not stable,the low degree of system infrastructure information management,travel information service means the effect not beautiful,travel service information content is relatively single,summarizes its reason is unclear orientation of QuanZhou highway management main body function,lack of effective unattended team standardized management system,information construction funds lack of power,and insufficient social resources cooperation,network information collection and submit the mechanism is not perfect,and,finally,reference other counties and cities of network service management experience,put forward corresponding countermeasures.To improve the service management of QuanZhou road network center,it is necessary to define the function orientation of the management subject;improve the performance evaluation mechanism of the on-duty team,establish a performance evaluation system;improve the fund guarantee mechanism;strengthen the information construction of infrastructure;strengthen the cooperation with social resources;establish a mechanism for collecting road network information with public participation.
