Research On Improving The Service Abilitya Of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center

The road network center is an organization that uses information and intelligent means to carry out road management.The 19 th National Congress report puts forward the concept of building a strong country with traffic,it requires traffic management departments to be good at using Internet technology and information technology to carry out work,so the road network center has increasingly attracted attention.The purpose of this paper is precisely to study influencing factors of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center's service capabilities from the following three aspects: literature research,data access,and questionnaire surveys to analyze the service performance,emergency response and travel service capabilities.And it analyzes the existing problems and causes in combination with the influencing factors,and proposes a strategy for improving the service capabilities of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center.This paper proposes theoretical assumptions: Institutional construction,facilities and equipment,social services,and social cooperation are positively related to the service capabilities of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center.The dependent variable was constructed as the service capability of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center,and the independent variable was the theoretical model of institution construction,facilities and equipment,social services and social cooperation.The survey questionnaire was designed to examine the service capabilities of the Road Network Center with eight sub-dimensions and a total of 18 items.After analysis,reliability and validity tests meet the research requirements.The main component factor analysis was used to classify and reduce dimensions,and four main factors were extracted,which are consistent with the research hypothesis.Based on the linear regression of the main factors of each dimension extracted from factor analysis,a regression equation was obtained to verify the research hypothesis: Institutional construction,facilities and equipment,social services,and social cooperation have a positive impact on the service capacity of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center.The impacts from high to low are social cooperation,facilities and equipment,institution building and social services.According to the regression analysis results and the status quo of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center,it currently has the problems of low operational monitoring capacity,low emergency response capacity,and poor travel service capacity.The reason is due to the long-term management of highway information,the lack of top-level design;lack of follow-up to the lack of information,lack of supervision;talent team construction bottlenecks,lack of scientific and technological innovation.Finally,combined with the analysis results of the influencing factors,as well as the problems and causes,the paper proposes the measures for improving the service capabilities of Inner Mongolia Road Network Center.
