Research On Optimization And Promotion Of Service Capability Of Xuzhou Road Network Center

With the continuous improvement of China’s highway construction infrastructure,the increasingly huge highway network is gradually formed.In the face of the gradually growing highway network,it is a reasonable choice to realize the informatization management of the highway network,promote the construction of the road network center,and enhance the function of the road network center.This paper takes Xuzhou Road Network Center as a case study,uses public service theory to study the whole framework system,operation mode,development direction and practical effect of Highway Network Center,and puts forward suggestions and Countermeasures for further playing the role of highway network center and improving the service ability of highway administration.At present,our country is entering the climax of intelligent road network traffic construction.As a new highway management department of traffic operation,highway network management and emergency command center’s function improvement is of great significance to comprehensively promote the construction of intelligent traffic.This paper first introduces the research trends at home and abroad,expounds the corresponding concept definition,including highway and highway network,road network service,service capacity,etc.,and then uses the new public service theory and service-oriented government theory,combined with the current situation,construction objectives and construction standards of Xuzhou Road Network Center Service System,to detect the operation status of the road network center,the emergency handling procedures,and the construction of the service system In the following chapters,based on the current situation,this paper analyzes the existing problems,including low efficiency of road network service management,lack of equipment operation detection ability,and low emergency response ability.Then it analyzes and clarifies the causes of related problems,and finally puts forward some corresponding countermeasures,It includes the improvement of road network service optimization,equipment operation detection ability,emergency response ability and travel service,so as to play a positive guiding role in the further improvement of service ability of Xuzhou Road Network Center.
