| In recent years,China has witnessed significant progress in its social and economic development,leading to an increasing demand for improved living conditions among rural residents.Despite this,rural dwellings have long been plagued by poor comfort,construction pollution,and haphazard spatial structures.Recognizing the significance of countryside construction,the government has placed a strong emphasis on the implementation of the centralized rural housing policy as part of the wider rural revitalization strategy and intensive land use policy.As a result,unified house has emerged as a key product of this policy.Following a period of rural unified house construction,concerns have emerged regarding the construction environment and project quality,particularly given that such housing is built on the original home base.The traditional construction methods employed in these efforts may not meet the demands for efficient construction timelines,consistent project quality and cost savings.In light of the above,this study undertakes a review of the existing literature on rapid-assembled modular rural unified house and utilizes architectural design methods that emphasize modularity and assembly to enhance the design theory related to rural unified house.The project proposes a region-specific design solution that caters to the geographical environment and the unique needs of farmers in the Xuzhou region,with the aim of providing a practical guide for future construction and theoretical research on rapid-assembled modular rural unified house.The study focuses on investigating four key issues in this regard.1.Theoretical basis research on rural unified house construction.This study conducts a thorough review and analysis of the historical development,types,and case studies of rural modular housing,modular buildings,and assembled residential buildings both domestically and internationally.It provides a comprehensive summary of the architectural space characteristics,thereby establishing a strong theoretical foundation for the subsequent architectural design of rapid-assembled modular rural unified house.2.Propose design strategies for rural unified house.Through the integration of theoretical knowledge on rural modular house,modular architecture,and assembled residential architecture,this study identifies the design principles of rapid-assembled modular rural unified house.Moreover,the study proposes design strategies for modular rural housing based on the concept of fast assembly,with a focus on the design of functional spaces,exterior spaces,and the interior physical environment.3.Research on building types of modular rural unified house based on the concept of rapid assembly.This study examines the current state of rural housing in Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province through field research,questionnaire distribution,and analysis of housing-related design codes.The study employs a collation of research results to determine the plan function,spatial scale,spatial organization,building scale,building structure,and construction organization of modular rural unified house based on the concept of rapid assembly.4.Design practice of modular rural unified house based on the concept of rapid assembly.This study utilizes design practice to validate the previously proposed design strategy for modular rural unified house.The design objectives,meaning,and process of modular rural house are determined first,followed by the scheme and detail design of modular rural house.The design results of modular rural house are presented in the form of building plans,elevation and section diagrams,introduction diagrams of each component,diagrams of the installation process,diagrams of the design of important nodes,and load simulation experiments.The design and exploration process of rapid assembly modular rural unified house practices the concept of green environmental protection and contributes to the development of modular architecture theories.It also aligns with the national call for architectural industrialization by catering to the rural geographical environment and farmers’ lifestyle.Through the development of a design scheme for rapid installation modular rural unified house suitable for Xuzhou,this study provides valuable reference cases for subsequent rapid installation modular architectural design. |
