| In recent years,with the continuous promotion of urbanization development and new rural construction by national policies,rural construction is particularly important.However,at present,the traditional construction method is still used in rural areas,and the technology is still behind the level.There are problems such as non-standard design,poor construction quality,poor environmental protection and energy saving.In contrast,the development of China’s urban construction,China’s construction technology has developed to the world’s leading level,the construction began to turn to high efficiency,high quality,sustainable development and other directions.At present,the rural housing is in urgent need of technical innovation to change the current situation of rural construction.The prefabricated housing studied in this paper has the advantages of high production efficiency,good construction quality,environmental protection skills and short construction period,which can solve the disadvantages of rural housing construction in China at present.However,the application of prefabricated housing in rural areas in China is still very limited,and the design of rural prefabricated housing has not been combined with local characteristics and regional absence,so it has not been applied to rural housing construction on a large scale.This study will focus on the rural prefabricated housing,combined with the regional characteristics of hot summer and cold winter areas,through its regional design research,to explore the rural construction,cost economy,high quality,in line with rural local characteristics of prefabricated housing design method.This paper is mainly discussed through the following five chapters:The first chapter puts forward the research background,summarizes the research trends at home and abroad,defines the research scope,and clarifies the research content,research purpose and research framework.The second chapter first compares the practice of prefabricated housing at home and abroad and summarizes the guiding experience for the development of rural prefabricated housing in China.Then it analyzes the characteristics and current situation of rural housing and summarizes the structure types and development bottlenecks of rural prefabricated housing.The third chapter summarizes the characteristics of traditional rural housing in the areas of hot summer and cold winter in both natural and cultural aspects,and further extracts the way of expression of rural prefabricated housing in the natural and cultural aspects,expounds the relationship between locality and prefabricated building,and provides ideas for regional design of rural prefabricated housing.Based on the natural expression strategy of rural housing in hot summer and cold winter area,the fourth chapter puts forward the structural selection strategy of rural prefabricated housing.Then,based on the natural climate conditions,the design ideas and methods of rural assembled housing in moisture-proof,heat insulation,new energy utilization are put forward.The fifth chapter,based on the cultural expression strategy of rural housing in hot summer and cold winter areas,puts forward the design ideas and methods of rural prefabricated housing in three aspects of plane function,space and facade modeling. |
