Regional Research On Prefabricated Housing In Rural Areas Of Hunan

With the rapid development of the global economy,the problem of excessive energy consumption has become increasingly prominent,The application of prefabricated buildings is undoubtedly an effective method for building energy consumption.China has a huge population base and relatively lack of resources per capita.So Building energy saving has been highly valued by the state.In recent years,prefabricated buildings have been active in China,and the state has formulated various policies to strongly support the development of prefabricated buildings.Prefabricated construction has now become the new focus of China’s construction industry.Based on this development background,the author combined with her own environment and found that spontaneous prefabricated residential construction already exists in rural areas of Hunan Province.However,the relatively extensive rural self-built houses lack of correct guidance,copying the shape of prefabricated houses abroad is obviously Unsuitable of rural area of china.Under the impact of new construction technology and new building materials,the construction of prefabricated houses without thought will gradually lose their cultural symbols in the countryside;and the industrialized production mode is likely to cause the same problems as the appearance of buildings in rural prefabricated houses.Therefore,in the following chapters of this article,the author will take the rural areas of Hunan as the research scope,combined with the actual situation of local rural housing,to study the regionality of Hunan rural prefabricated houses.This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly clarifies the research background,research object,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research status and constructs the logical framework of this article;Chapter 2 analyzes the influencing factors of rural housing in Hunan from the aspects of nature,society,humanities,etc;The third chapter explains the construction prospects,system classification,and current problems of rural prefabricated houses;the fourth chapter analyzes the case and analyzes and summarizes the actual construction of prefabricated houses in Hunan rural areas;The fifth chapter explores the organic combination of prefabricated houses and rural areas of Hunan through the analysis of the adaptability of the buildings and the regional characteristics of Hunan residences,and proposes design ideas;the sixth chapter puts forward development suggestions for prefabricated houses and conducts case practice combining the design strategies.
