Research On Environmental Design Of Public Space In Youth Apartments Under The Concept Of Sharing

With the development of urbanization,there are more and more floating population in cities,especially the young people,who are the vulnerable group in the housing market.In the face of high housing prices,rental housing has naturally become their transitional housing.In recent years,the government has continuously promulgated relevant policies to stimulate the development of the apartment industry,and the youth apartments for the youth groups have a strong atmosphere and rich public space because of their brand and standardized management and operation mode,by the youth groups in general favor.This kind of product caters to the needs of the youth group and is expected to be the main product to solve the group housing problem,so this content has the research significance.However,because this kind of products is still in its initial stage,the related research and industry standard are not mature,the related space research case reference is few,at the same time lacks the related academic research,the research to its core space is even more insufficient,as a result,most of the existing youth apartment public space design is obviously inadequate.Referring to the relevant cases and theories abroad,we can find that the concept of sharing has become an important and effective guiding ideology in various industries,including the housing field.Based on the above characteristics,this paper expects to sum up the means of sharing design of public space of youth apartment based on group and field investigation,combining the theory and case of sharing concept,and to provide relevant information for the future research in this field.The research object of this paper is the public space of youth apartment,the research content is the sharing idea,on the basis of the relevant theories and the existing research,through the research methods of literature,questionnaire and field survey,etc.,this paper summarizes the existing problems of the public space of the youth apartment.Then,in order to reduce the use cost,satisfy the living demand and promote the group association,the design method of the space and atmosphere of the public space of the youth apartment under the sharing concept was put forward,finally,combining with Wuhanoptics valley new town youth apartment design practice.
