Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Safety Supervision In County Construction Projects

Since the 21 st century,with the rise of real estate and infrastructure construction,the construction industry has ushered in a golden period of rapid development.High-rise buildings have sprung up,and the history of railways and highways has been breaking new highs.The advancement of urbanization and the smooth traffic network have witnessed the brilliance of the construction field.But behind the rapid development,a number of shocking safety accidents are also reminding us that we must pay attention to the safety of construction projects.Safe production is the eternal cornerstone in the process of human survival and development.The safety of construction projects is more related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood,is the guarantee of the people’s life and property safety,is the premise of the sustainable development of the national economy,is the basis for promoting social stability and building a harmonious society,and is widely concerned and highly valued by the people of different groups and different strata of the whole society.In particular,the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to comprehensively build a socialist modern country and promote high-quality development,which puts forward new requirements for the development of the construction industry in the new era.Only by ensuring safety can development be promoted.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the safety work of construction projects,carried out a number of special inspection actions,and severely cracked down and dealt with the projects and relevant units with safety violations,and achieved great results.However,safety accidents still occur from time to time,mass deaths and injuries cannot be completely eliminated,and public confidence in the effectiveness of safety supervision is still insufficient.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the supervision status of the construction engineering safety supervision station in Z County,summarize the problems existing in the safety supervision,analyze the deep reasons behind the problems,and then put forward practical measures to help the construction engineering safety supervision station in Z County improve the level of safety production supervision,and achieve the goal of "zero accident" in the construction engineering field in Z County.The construction engineering safety supervision station,as the main functional department,implements the construction safety supervision.This paper takes the construction engineering safety supervision station of Z County as the main body of the study,and carries out an objective and comprehensive study on the construction engineering safety supervision work of Z County by searching for relevant documents,analyzing cases and in-depth field investigation according to the research ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The article first analyzes the current situation regulations The supervision mode,supervision ability,supervision method and market subject are analyzed and studied to explore the causes and mechanisms of the problems.Finally,based on the actual situation of the construction engineering safety supervision station in Z County,from the aspects of improving the construction laws and regulations,enhancing the timeliness of legislation,improving the safety supervision system and mechanism,clarifying the authority and responsibility relationship of departments,strengthening the construction of safety supervision team,improving the supervision ability,implementing differentiated management,and giving full play to the responsibilities of market entities,this paper puts forward feasible and effective solutions in line with the local reality.From the perspective of theoretical research,this paper systematically studies the construction project safety supervision in Z County,providing guidance for the safety supervision station in Z County to improve the supervision level and improve the supervision method.From a practical perspective,this article not only provides an effective method for Z County to reduce or even eliminate the occurrence of construction engineering safety accidents in this region,but also provides a model for the safety supervision work of surrounding cities and counties,with practical reference value,which can further promote the improvement of regional construction engineering safety supervision level and escort the comprehensive construction of a socialist modern country.
