Improvement And Application Of Government Supervision And Management System Of Construction Engineering Safety

The supervision and management of construction project safety has become an important part of China's construction project safety management system,which has an irreplaceable effect on the country's goal to achieve safety management.Therefore,the construction ofsafety supervision and management is of great significance to improve the safety management level of construction project in our country.However,at present,China's construction safety supervision and management still has many defects,construction safety supervision and management agencies not only fall into huge work pressure,safety supervision and management has not been effective.Therefore,Starting from the relevant theories in management and safety,combining with the mature supervision system in the advanced areas all over the world,based on the current situation and legal framework in our country,combining with the practical and current experience of the safety supervision institutions,and by taking the example of Mianyang city,this text proposed reasonable government supervision and management system for projects safety,which include: laying focus on legal and systematic construction of safety supervision,constructing the administration enforcement mechanism with clear responsibility distribution,perfecting the supervision selective examination evaluation system and enhancing the supervision management strength with scientific innovation,etc.,therefore reaching the goals as to improve the efficiency of the government's supervision over the construction project and to lead the safety management work of the various responsibility parties involved in the construction projects to standardization.
