Evaluation And Optimization Of Corporate Culture Construction In ND Nuclear Power Company

Corporate culture is the manifestation of the spirit and connotation of an enterprise.Since the 1980s,corporate culture as a kind of development soft power has been deeply studied and recognized by the world.With the continuous development and expansion of the nuclear industry has become an important economic branch,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study of the industry corporate culture.On the basis of systematically studying the research results of corporate culture at home and abroad,this paper takes ND Nuclear Power Company as an example,uses Hofstede,s four-level theory to make a preliminary analysis of the corporate culture of the company,chooses Danison Corporate Culture Scale through comparative analysis and optimizes it,and then evaluates the corporate culture of ND Company on this basis.In order to ensure the accuracy of the data and the validity of the recommendations,the author analyzed the reliability and validity of the evaluation data and PEST analysis of the development environment of ND Company.Through the evaluation of Denison Scale,the author finds that ND company has obvious weaknesses in employee acceptance,enterprise innovation,strategic goal coordination and inter-departmental dispute coordination.At the same time,ND company has obvious pressure in politics,economy,society and technology.Combining with the actual situation,the author of this paper analyses the weaknesses of ND company's corporate culture one by one,and classifies the optimization proposals firom four perspectives:material,behavioral,institutional and spiritual.In order to ensure the effective landing of the proposed measures,the author puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system,training,propaganda and other practical management levels of enterprises.The research ideas and methods of this paper supplement the research of corporate culture in the field of nuclear energy industry,and have certain reference significance for the research and evaluation of corporate culture in other industries.
