This paper takes Company A as the research object,and mainly analyses two points: one is the impact of the network information age on the new characteristics of corporate culture construction;the other is the specific situation and shortcomings of the case company in the construction of corporate culture.Through the evaluation of the company's corporate culture construction,the shortcomings of the company's corporate culture construction under the background of the Internet are concluded,and the corresponding solutions are put forward.According to the evaluation results of enterprise culture of A Power Company,the enterprise has won the recognition of employees in mission,accounting for 85.3%.Among them,consistency and participation are 74 and71.3 respectively,but adaptability is slightly lower,only 69.3.Therefore,the enterprise needs to improve constantly in the above aspects.According to the characteristics of corporate culture,stability and external attention are 79.7and 77.3 respectively,which are at a better level,while flexibility and internal concern are slightly lower,which are 70.3 and 72.4 respectively.The four dimensions of corporate culture are the key factors affecting the above characteristics,so we need to regard these four dimensions as a breakthrough to strengthen the construction of corporate culture.The main problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture in A Power Company under the background of Internet are: unclear understanding of the connotation of enterprise core values;poor internal consensus and organizational coordination;low participation of employees in major corporate decisions;poor team awareness and cooperation ability of employees;weak innovation ability of employees;and "meeting customer needs" cannot keep pace with the times.The countermeasures against the existing problems are: to propagandize the connotation of the core values by the internet;improve internal consensus and optimize organizational coordination;give employees appropriatedecision-making opportunities by network approval;improve team awareness and cooperative ability of the employees;broadcast new ideas by the internal platform and satisfy the diversification of customer demands and improve customer satisfaction by “smart client” technology.
