Research On JD Stock Company’s Strategic Transformation Under The Background Of "Double Carbon"

With the rapid development of China’s economy,China has now become the second largest economy in the world.The following problem is that China’s carbon emissions have also become the first in the world.To cope with climate change,gradually reducing carbon emissions has become a global consensus.China has taken the initiative to assume the responsibility of a major country,actively promote the response to climate change,integrate into global governance,and achieve sustainable green development.Therefore,China has proposed the "dual carbon" goal,That is,carbon will reach its peak in 2030,and carbon will be neutralized in 2060.In the process of implementing the "dual carbon" goal,power generation companies must firmly seize the new opportunities of transformation and development,promote the strategic transformation of the energy structure of the power industry,and promote the achievement of the "dual carbon" goal;At the same time,due to the promotion of the energy production mode and consumption revolution,as well as the continuous rise of coal prices and the change of national policies,JD Co.,Ltd.is facing the objective situation of rising electricity costs,strengthening environmental regulations and intensifying market competition.It is urgent to solve the problems of enterprise operation and sustainable development through strategic transformation and development.This paper uses the theories and analysis tools related to strategic management to analyze the internal environment of JD Stock Company at first,and then analyzes the macro environment using PEST analysis method.It uses Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the industry environment.It uses the experts to score and assign the factors that are qualitatively analyzed,and uses EFE and IFE matrices to conduct quantitative analysis.It is concluded that JD Stock Company gives good play to its internal advantages,Be able to fully understand the internal advantages of the enterprise,give full play to the advantages scientifically,and make up for the shortcomings;It has made appropriate responses to existing opportunities and threats,and can more effectively use existing opportunities to eliminate the negative effects caused by some external threats.According to the above analysis of internal and external environmental factors,eight alternative strategies in four aspects are obtained by applying SWOT matrix,and the eight alternative strategies are evaluated quantitatively by using QSPM matrix.Finally,"one goal","three principles" and "five main lines" are formulated as the transformation and development strategy of JD Stock Company.It points out the direction for JD Co.,Ltd.to achieve the strategic transformation of the "double carbon" goal,and provides a reference for the company to formulate relevant policies.
