JM Real Estate Green Building Strategy Research Under The Background Of "Carbon Peak And Carbon Neutralization"

In October 2022,the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)was successfully held.It was mentioned again that accelerating the green transformation of the development mode,promoting green and low-carbon economic and social development is the key link to achieve high-quality development,developing green and low-carbon industries,improving the market-oriented allocation system of resources and environmental factors,accelerate the development,promotion and application of advanced technologies for energy conservation and emission reduction advocating green consumption,and promoting the formation of green and low-carbon production methods and lifestyles.In the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the blueprint of "promoting green development,circular development and low carbon development" and "building a beautiful China" were put forward for the first time,and the requirements for green and low carbon development were also mentioned in the plenary sessions of the 19 th National Congress.In September 2020,China put forward the "dual carbon strategy",striving to reach the peak of carbon dioxide emissions by 2030,and strive to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality by 2060.In 2021,The State Council issued the Guidelines on Accelerating the Establishment of a Sound Economic System for Green,Low-carbon and Circular Development,Put forward the establishment and improvement of green,lowcarbon and circular economic development system and the promotion of an all-round green transformation of economic and social development are the basic measures to solve China’s resource,environmental and ecological problems.The upgrading of the development mode of green buildings and the way people live at home can not be achieved without the development upgrading and strategic transformation of green buildings in real estate.Domestic real estate developers shoulder important corporate social responsibility.JM Real Estate is one of the leaders in the strategic transformation of green buildings in China,and it continues to upgrade from "ecological city","life building" and "zero carbon" operation.Relying on this new green strategic layout,JM Real Estate has formed its own green building IP in the domestic real estate industry,which has reached a new height of housing construction from the scientific needs of human settlements to the combination with green building cities.This paper makes a scientific analysis of the development history of green buildings at home and abroad,the impact and requirements of "double carbon strategy" on real estate,the current situation and challenges of JM real estate’s green building strategy development,and then provides a preliminary transformation path for JM real estate’s green building strategy transformation from three aspects: green building new materials,green building construction technology,and ecological city operation "carbon neutrality",It provides scientific basis and practical basis for the planning and implementation path selection of its green building strategic transformation.The first is to provide scientific basis and practical basis for JM Real Estate’s strategic transformation of green building and the choice of implementation path.The second is to develop and implement a scientific transformation plan for JM Real Estate to achieve high-quality sustainable transformation and development,which has important practical significance.The third is to clarify JM Real Estate’s new track of strategic transformation of green development and provide program support for its future strategic transformation research..
