In the context of the deteriorating global environment and climate,and the proposal of China’s "double carbon" goal,the automobile industry,as one of the high-carbon emission industries,is imperative to make a green and low-carbon strategic transformation.However,there are risks of both success and failure in the transformation.In order to help more automobile enterprises that have not carried out the green and low-carbon strategic transformation to carry out the strategic transformation more smoothly and effectively and evaluate the transformation effect scientifically,this paper will select enterprises that have carried out the green and low-carbon strategic transformation as a case to study the motivation and influence factors of their strategic transformation,and conduct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation of their transformationThe full text is divided into six parts.Firstly,the first part will introduce the research background and significance,current research status,research methods and technical routes,as well as innovation and shortcomings.In the second part,relevant concepts will be defined and the theoretical basis will be introduced.The third part will introduce the basic situation of the case companies BYD and Geely as well as the low-carbon strategic transformation process of the enterprises,and build the model of case analysis with the help of Grounded theory research ideas.The fourth part conducts a specific analysis of the case,mainly exploring the motivations and influencing factors of the case company’s low-carbon strategic transformation.The fifth part will conduct a scientific and comprehensive evaluation of the transformation effect of the case enterprise from both financial and non-financial aspects.Finally,in the sixth part,relevant conclusions and insights are drawn on the explored issues.The analysis results show that the main driving forces for the case company to carry out low-carbon strategic transformation are the weakening of the company’s original business and strategic advantages;Faced with environmental and resource pressures;Adapting to the national development situation in three aspects.The main influencing factors for the low-carbon strategic transformation of enterprises include a good policy environment,a good consumption environment,large market potential,and technological leadership.In terms of effectiveness evaluation,the overall financial performance of the two case companies is good,and both companies are able to effectively utilize the opportunities that arise,reducing external related threats to a certain extent.The overall internal situation of the company is in a strong state. |
