With higher requirements on environmental protection,gas-turbine has become the main method for power generation in metropolis. With the development of the information technology, the control technique and the network technology, It is a necessary choice for thermal power plant to construct supervisory information system between distributed control system and management information system. The higher automation level application of gas turbine brings forward higher technique request for constructing supervisory information system in plant, the strong specialization brings higher management requests for the supervisory information system project, how to manage the real-time data form gas turbine and steam turbine effectively has become one of the difficulties in the power plant.This article from the perspective of informatization project management, combined with H power plant informatization(SIS) project management present situation and existing problems of SIS project in H power plant, the research and analysis on the improvement way, discusses the necessity and feasibility of using the SCRUM approach for improvement. Using the SCRUM methodology and tools to H power plant information to improve the project management model, has been clear about the team and meeting mechanism, the practice of architecture is illustrated and evaluation, and has carried on the track to project development. And through the application in the SIS system renovation project, proved that the SCRUM approach on the development of the project application feasibility, validity and advantage. The purpose of this paper is to through the application of SCRUM technology to establish a complete set of SIS project management pattern and management measures, to the SIS project process optimization of the coal-fired power plant have better management and control, can guarantee the project development schedule and quality requirements, and to further enhance the level of power plant SIS informatization construction.
