With the rapid development of our economy,transportation has been greatly improved.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,several generations of people have built roads through mountains and Bridges across rivers to build China into a major transportation country.Transportation has become a trailblazer for China’s modernization and contributed to the country’s economic and social development.Since the 19 th CPC National Congress,China has built the world’s largest high-speed railway network,the world’s largest expressway network and a world-class port cluster.By the end of 2022,the total length of the country’s comprehensive transport network exceeded 6 million kilometers,of which the length of high-speed companies reached nearly 200,000 kilometers.At the same time,with the continuous growth of private vehicles in our country,people choose to travel the way of more diverse,all these for the development of our highway companies,has brought a great push.A Expressway Company Limited was established in 2010 and officially started operation in 2012.It belongs to a typical state-controlled state-owned enterprise.Due to historical and institutional reasons,A Highway Co.,Ltd.has conducted a series of training for the growth of employees.However,in the process of its development,many of the shortcomings of state-owned enterprises are also very obvious,including staff training.In this study,literature analysis,survey research and casestudy were selected for analysis.It mainly includes training process,training content,training teachers and curriculum,training results evaluation and application.Based on the relevant theories of staff training,the deficiencies of staff training in A Highway Co.,LTD are sorted out,which mainly include: incomplete construction of training organizational functions,unreasonable construction of training system and measures,unclear analysis of training needs,unsound training evaluation mechanism,the lack of attention to ideological and training consciousness.This article proposes five specific solutions for the employee training issue of A Expressway Co.,Ltd.Firstly,analyze training needs from multiple perspectives to understand the training needs and expectations of different employees,ensuring the effectiveness and targeted nature of the training.Secondly,strengthen organizational support by establishing a complete training organization,clarifying the responsibilities and tasks of each functional department,and ensuring the smooth implementation of the training work.Thirdly,improve the training system by formulating scientific and reasonable training plans and systems,ensuring the effective implementation of the training.Fourthly,improve the training evaluation system by establishing effective evaluation indicators and evaluation methods,ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the training results.Fifthly,ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of employee training management improvement countermeasures by strengthening training promotion,establishing training culture construction,and other aspects.By implementing these measures,it can provide some reference for the development of China’s expressway industry.
