The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China’s national economy,and it plays a crucial role in promoting economic development,advancing urbanization,and meeting people’s needs for living and labor.However,traditional construction methods often have problems such as environmental pollution and resource waste,which are contradictory to the requirements of resource conservation and environmentally friendly social development.Prefabricated building technology has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,and rapid construction.Vigorously promoting prefabricated building technology is not only a need to meet environmental protection requirements but also a necessary choice to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Jilin Province,as a province with abundant resources and weak economic strength,has great development space and potential in the construction industry.Developing prefabricated building technology can bring new opportunities and impetus to its economic development,improve the competitiveness of the construction industry,increase employment opportunities,and promote local economic development.However,the actual situation shows that the implementation of prefabricated building technology promotion in Jilin Province is not optimistic.Many difficulties and problems have arisen in the implementation process.Therefore,studying the influencing factors and mechanisms of enterprise acceptance of prefabricated building technology in Jilin Province and mobilizing local enterprises’ enthusiasm for applying prefabricated building technology are of great significance for promoting the implementation of prefabricated building technology promotion in this province and promoting sustainable development of the local construction industry.This article applies the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT)to Jilin Province’s construction enterprises as research objects and Jilin Province’s prefabricated building technology promotion mechanism as research topics.A set of structural equation models for Jilin Province’s prefabricated building technology acceptance behavior was constructed.The key influencing factors in the structural equation model of using prefabricated building technology in Jilin Province were revealed by using SPSS statistical analysis software to test and analyze the model.Based on the research results,policy recommendations for promoting prefabricated building technology were proposed from three perspectives:government,enterprises,and market.The research data show that prefabricated building technology has a positive impact on its acceptance intention in terms of performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence,and facilitating conditions;while its acceptance intention has a positive impact on its use behavior.Based on the research results,this article proposes policy recommendations for promoting prefabricated building technology in Jilin Province from three perspectives: government,enterprise,and market.From a government perspective,it proposes promotion strategies such as increasing policy support,establishing sound laws and regulations,increasing technical research and innovation,improving standard specification systems,combining industry-university-research cooperation,accelerating talent training efforts;from an enterprise perspective,it proposes promotion strategies such as increasing investment in technical research and development,enhancing enterprise competitiveness,increasing management training efforts,improving construction management level;from a market perspective,it proposes promotion strategies such as increasing market cultivation efforts and enhancing public recognition.
