Prefabricated buildings are favored by the construction industry due to their high efficiency,stable quality,green environmental protection and other advantages,and have developed rapidly with the strong support of the state.While the state promotes prefabricated buildings,the integrated management of EPC general contracting mode shows its superiority in the contracting and management of engineering projects,and has been applied in construction and other industries.However,due to the short development time,the application practice of combining EPC general contracting mode and prefabricated building is still in a relatively backward state,and it is even more serious in risk management,which hinders its development and application to a certain extent,so solving the risk of EPC prefabricated building project is of great significance for the future development of EPC prefabricated building projects.From the perspective of the contractor,this study combines risk management theory,literature and project cases,assists the analysis of project risk factors through text mining tools,and establishes a cloud model to complete the risk evaluation of EPC prefabricated building projects.The main research content of this paper is as follows: through ROST CM,the literature and related project cases and national specifications are summarized and analyzed,and the risk list of EPC prefabricated building projects is preliminarily established based on expert opinions.Combined with the questionnaire data,the aggregated risk factors were divided into 7dimensions(policy,economy,environment,design,procurement,construction,contract)and 29 secondary indicators.Drawing on the previous risk evaluation methods,AHP analytic hierarchy method is selected,the entropy weight method determines the comprehensive weight of indicators through the combined weighting method,and the cloud model is introduced to build a complete risk evaluation system for EPC prefabricated building projects.Finally,taking an EPC prefabricated building project in Zhejiang Province as an example,the risk evaluation model is empirically studied,and the risk rating of the project is calculated as "good",which is consistent with the actual situation,and the practicability of the risk evaluation model is verified.Finally,based on the project and the risk evaluation results,corresponding risk management measures are proposed from both internal and external perspectives,which provides reference for the risk management of future EPC prefabricated building projects.
