The prefabricated building project is still a new thing in our country.Such projects are in the process of gaining experience,both from the point of view of the general contractor and from the point of view of the project owner or even the industry authorities.This kind of project has changed from the traditional "wet construction of field support mold ?reinforcement ? concrete pouring" to "dry construction of plate prefabrication ?transportation ? on-site lifting".From the point of view of the construction process,it is a kind of technology.Change.This kind of prefabricated building project is the new direction of the future construction engineering industry because it has the characteristics of fast construction speed,good molding effect,little field workers,and so on.Accordingly,the current research in this field in China,the results are very few.From the point of view of the general contractor,firstly,this paper introduces the concept,type,EPC model,risk factors identification,risk evaluation methods and ways to deal with risk.Secondly,,the paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the project of prefabricated building,and studies the risks of the project of prefabricated building under the EPC model.Then,through the expert consultation completed the EPC prefabricated construction project general contractor's basic risk elements list.Finally,taking the EPC project in the building living area of Dadu Xiyuan in Liuzhou City,Guangxi Province as an example,the paper uses the AHP model to carry out risk analysis and divides the risks faced by the general contractor project team into 9 primary risk factors.The 9 primary risk factors were subdivided into 22 secondary risk factors.The first risk factor is divided into three levels,and the second risk factor is divided into three types: low risk factor,medium risk factor and high risk factor.In the course of expert visits and risk analysis,it is found that in the prefabricated building project,the proportion of heterogeneous prefabricated plates to all prefabricatedplates in the entire project determines whether the cost of the entire project is controllable.After the study,it is found that the proportion of heterogeneous prefabricated plates to all prefabricated plates in the entire project must be below 10 % in order to achieve cost control and ensure the smooth implementation of the project.Finally,this paper gives the control suggestions for three high risk factors and six medium risk factors.
