| The quality of engineering projects concerns the safety of people’s lives and property.The relevant competent departments of the government have increased the control over the quality of the project year by year,and the development of the construction industry is gradually on the right track.The phenomenon of jerry-work affecting the quality of the project has been significantly reduced.However,quality accidents still happen from time to time,the reasons of which involve construction materials,quality responsibility,project acceptance and so on.In the project implementation stage,engineering quality problems exist in the project in a more detailed and more hidden form,affecting the reliability of the construction and hindering the high-quality development of the industry.This paper takes the existing construction engineering quality evaluation system as the research object and benchmarking management as the research tool,summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of excellent engineering projects in practice,constructs and optimizes the construction engineering quality evaluation system,so as to meet the needs of social and industrial development,improve the efficiency of engineering quality management and solve some quality problems.The main research contents are as follows:Starting from actual engineering quality accidents,summarize the causes of quality problems.Secondly,in view of the above quality problems,excellent engineering projects in related aspects are listed,and benchmarking analysis is carried out through benchmarking management.The benchmarking direction is generally: project organization management,construction quality management,quality document management,energy-saving measures management,etc.,so as to summarize the characteristics of benchmarking projects and define the optimization direction of engineering quality evaluation system.Finally,the content of the existing engineering quality evaluation system is combined with the optimization direction obtained from the above standard analysis,and some evaluation indexes and methods are re-determined.The weights of each layer of evaluation indexes are determined through the analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation system models and standards are expounded to form a complete construction engineering quality evaluation system.In addition,the actual engineering cases are cited,the evaluation system is used to carry out the project quality evaluation work,and the evaluation results are analyzed,the optimization suggestions of the project quality are put forward,the key points of quality optimization are pointed out,for the reference of relevant personnel,appropriate adjustment of the corresponding management system,or the formulation of corresponding improvement programs,to make up for the defects and deficiencies of quality management. |
