Research On Applying Benchmarking Of Engineering Quality Management

For the implementation of engineering construction projects,how to improve the quality management level,solve the problems in the construction quality management and reduce or even eliminate the quality accidents are the key work in the overall project implementation.Benchmarking,as an effective management method,can be introduced into engineering quality management to improve and enhance the quality of engineering construction.In view of the application of benchmarking management method in engineering quality management,this paper first comprehensively analyzes the content of engineering quality management theory and benchmarking management method,and based on the current status of project quality management,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of benchmarking management application.Secondly,put forward the implementation method and guarantee measure of benchmarking management by combining with the process and procedure of project quality control.By using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to judge each quality influencing factor,we can determine the benchmarking object and establish the engineering quality management model.Finally,in the case of HQC,the quality management activities based on the benchmarking method are carried out.Compare it with the traditional quality management methods and draw the corresponding conclusions.Under the background of engineering quality management,this paper makes an in-depth research on the application of benchmarking management.Practice has proved that due to the application of the benchmarking method,the project has a higher quality,with fewer quality problems,and the overall quality level has been continuously improved.
