Research On Quality Management System Of Tangshan City Construction Engineering Testing Laboratory

The real estate industry is the pillar industry of our national economy.As an important part of the real estate industry,the construction engineering testing laboratory provides the society with the quality testing report with the function of proof,and plays an important role in providing the theoretical basis and data support for the effective monitoring of the engineering quality.According to the requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China,the construction engineering testing laboratory as a third party must establish a quality management system that meets relevant requirements and suits its own development,and pass the qualification confirmation.At the same time,it is also the only way for the laboratory to adapt to the development of the times and market competition,standardize its own management,establish a unique brand and reputation,and gain the trust and recognition of all sectors of society.Firstly,the paper expounds the development course of laboratory quality management,and introduces the establishment and development of laboratory quality management system in the construction industry.Secondly,taking a construction engineering testing company in Tangshan City as an object,based on Accreditation criteria for qualification of inspection and testing institutions,the establishment and operation of laboratory quality management system were analyzed,and an evaluation index system was established.Triangular Fuzzy Number Analytic Hierarchy Process(TFN-AHP)was used to analyze the laboratory quality management system.The effectiveness of the quality management system was evaluated comprehensively.Finally,by means of data collection,questionnaire survey and expert consultation,the operation mechanism of the construction engineering inspection institutions inTangshan and the internal control record of laboratory quality are investigated and analyzed.Based on the analysis results,the problems existing in the operation of quality management system at the current stage are found out and suggestions for improvement are put forward.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference value and significance for the establishment and effective operation of the management system of the third-party inspection laboratory of construction engineering.Figure 27;Table 22;Reference 47.
